RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident ordering from Access Threads. Because many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through multiple suppliers, our return policy is designed to balance fairness with product integrity.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (see “Damages and Issues” below).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:

A defective product

The wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@accessthreads.com with photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will resolve it at no cost to you, which may include a replacement or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or decorated products (including screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, or any personalized items)

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Sale items and gift cards
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or general preference on custom items.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
To qualify:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
