Non-customized orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days.
For custom or decorated items (including screen printing, DTF, DTG, and embroidery), production times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on the product, decoration method, and order size.
Processing and production times may vary based on demand, product availability, and supplier capacity.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

SHIPPING Destinations
Access Threads currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Access Threads works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners.
As a result:

Products may ship from different warehouse locations
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when it is fulfilled.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and selected delivery speed.

DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@accessthreads.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
