Certain products may be custom-made or decorated based on your specifications. Due to the nature of printing, embroidery, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, placement, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.
Orders for custom or decorated products may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Access Threads fulfills orders using multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners. As a result:

Risk of loss transfers to you once items are handed to the carrier.

You acknowledge that final printed or embroidered products may differ slightly from previews.

We utilize third-party suppliers and manufacturers to produce and ship products.
